In love and it’s like new!
I received in almost mint condition. Only small scratches on the screen that is barely even noticeable. Everything else is perfect. I received the phone with 91% battery capacity too! Better than I even expected. Everything works, and I have no regrets in buying. Would have been more expensive to buy a new one, when this phone looks new already and is cheaper. I highly recommend buying from here.

Great condition great price. iPhone 11 128gb
I needed to upgrade to a newer phone. Mine stopped charging. I looked at getting a new phone and the price was more than what I wanted to pay. After looking at the different options I went with the iPhone 11. I received it the next day(that was fast) opened the box up and it looked like a brand new phone. It came with a screen protector a case and a wall plug and wire. I am impressed, now the condition of the phone. It’s in excellent condition no scratches on the screen just a little scratch on the bottom edge of the phone in what you won’t see with a case on . The battery health is at 100% was very happy to see that. Overall I would buy a phone from this seller again in the future very happy with the fast service and a phone in excellent condition

Well cared for, almost like new
This refurb phone looks very well cared for. No noticeable wear or scratches of any sort.. like new! Battery health is 86%, so meets and exceeds the advertised battery health. Only using it for development testing, so I can’t speak for actual real world use, but works perfectly for my needs, including performance, microphone and camera functionality.

Non Genuine Apple Screen
the phone is great!! excellent for the price, came with 86% battery capacity and runs super smoothly! only thing i can say, is that the screen has been replaced by a non genuine apple screen, and it doesn’t really cause major issues, but sometimes when i try to type or click something, i have to do it more than once. not a big deal though if you don’t care about those types of things.

Good value
The phone works great. The only minor things are the battery doesn’t last quite as long, but I can still go all day without a charge. There were also a few minor scratches even though I purchased the “like new” option. The camera is fantastic on this phone and the color is so pretty! Honestly such a good value. Will save $$$ over minor scratches any day.

Good value for the price.
Super good phone for a super good price. I got the excellent condition. Phone had zero scratches or cracks or anything like that. Looks literally new. Only thing is I thought the battery health would’ve been better (it’s at 83%) but it’s definitely not terrible. This phone is definitely a good choice if you’re in the market for an upgrade.

Phone screen sometimes doesn’t work
Not the worst phone, but definitely won’t be buying from the seller again after the experience I’ve had with this one. The phone works SOMETIMES. I’ve had problems since I bought it with the screen not turning on when I press the power button. It takes several attempts sometimes for it to actually turn on. It’ll light up slightly like it attempted to turn on, but I can’t use it when the screen is black… I also have had 4 incidents where the phone screen won’t let me use the touch screen (funny how it’s a touch screen phone huh?). It’ll turn on, but I won’t be able to actually get it to work properly and inevitably have to restart the phone or in my case let it die because it won’t actually shut off when you hold the power button like you’re supposed to be able to do. I’ve had an iPhone 11 for 3+ years now, so I’ve grown accustomed to how they work, but needed a replacement. Never have I had so many issues with a phone. Like I said though, the phone works most of the time. It’s just an annoyance when you want it to work properly and it won’t…

Great condition for what it is!
It’s great and runs great! battery capacity was up to 97%, the iphone itself was up to date. No scratches on screen or cracks. BUT there was a few small dents in the paint around the phone & the phone keeps showing messages saying “unauthorized apple product” meaning there definitely is some aftermarket parts in it. For what it is, It’s a great deal! im satisfied.

I ordered this phone unlocked with the purpose of putting my old SIM card in the phone. Package came securely wrapped with foam and was sealed neatly with plastic and sturdy cardboard box. New charger came included, and set up was very simple, but takes some time to transfer everything over. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A NEW APPLE IPHONE, this is a great DEAL. Best purchase yet!!! Pretty good, not great
Phone works fine and the battery capacity is decent as well. With it being refurbished I figured it wouldn’t have perfect battery health (86%). The only issue I have with the one I got is that the top speaker has this distorted sound when audio is playing. It’s not too bad but very noticeable when playing at max volume. Being that it’s refurbished, this is probably as good as it gets.

Everything work great and good price for an Iphone 11
I would say that everything about the phone works really well and I would not worry about it too much. But there are two things I would say about it, the first is that the battery doesn’t last 24 hours I would say maybe 16 hours and the second is that the finger sensitive touch isn’t that sensitive.

Great for the price!
Just upgraded my XR to an 11 because my current phone was falling apart lol. I’m the type of person to keep my cell phone for as long as humanly possible, so whenever I end up purchasing a new phone, it’s usually an older model. The phone itself works amazingly, and I’m not having any problems with it so far thank God! However, be warned— I just opened/set up my phone today, and the the battery health is at 76%. The product description clearly states that the phone will be sold to the customer with a MINIMUM of 80% battery health, which sucks because although my iPhone XR was (quite literally) falling apart, the battery health was still at 82% after 3 years of owning it. I will update this review if I end up having issues with the battery, and if all else fails, will send the phone back for a replacement within the 90-day time period if the battery health shows itself to be a dilemma towards me.Overall, I’m happy with my purchase at the present!

Phone is great! Shipping & setup frustrating
The renewed iPhone 11 itself is in great condition. Battery health is at 91% and came with a screen protector. It’s been 2 weeks since setup completed and so far the phone is functioning as if it is new.My issues are with 1) shipping and 2) setup.1) Shipping: Amazon said it would arrive on a specific date (3 days from time of order) and would require signature. Well, it was delivered a day early and left at the gate (that is always open), not at my house/door, and no one signed for it. The issue is that the gate is next to a public park, not secure at all and gets a fair amount of foot traffic. We had no idea they delivered it a day early and anyone could have walked by and taken it. Normally we’d be excited about packages arriving a day early, but this was a high $ item, left in a public area. Thankfully my husband left the house to run an errand and saw it by the gate. Unknown how long it was sitting there.2) Setup took nearly 2 weeks and at least 15 times restating the setup process. It would get a little further in the process each time, then an issue would arise or would lock up and would require to start over again. Our rural town does not have high speed internet so went into town to use Starbucks WiFi & it was not enough to do what was needed. Ended up at a friend’s house but after 2 hrs I had to leave for appointments & errands. First issue, before I could do anything, the new iPhone requires an iOS update. It took 2 hrs to update the iOS on this new phone. Then it got stuck installing it, so had to install/uninstall it 4 separate times. Ended up going on a pre planned trip to see family in a big city and the internet at their house was like night and day. I was able to do the entire setup that weekend, but still had issues & had to call Apple for help. The whole set up process was soooo frustrating, infuriating, and disappointing that it took so long and was not as easy as they make it out to be. & Im good at troubleshooting electronic issues and researching resolutions. One thing I noticed is much of the troubleshooting advice online was outdated, even on the apple help website. Hope others have an easier time with setup.

Looks brand new and I love it! iPhone 6 to 11
My iPhone 6 died and was only iOS 10 so it was time to get a new phone. After much deliberation I decided to buy the Apple iPhone 11, US Version, 128GB, Green – Unlocked (Renewed) and couldn’t be happier. It looks brand new, literally not one scuff mark, the battery was at 82% life but for $329.00 I got the phone, a charger (cord and block) and a clear protective case with iOS 16 installed. Way cheaper than buying new. I also liked that it’s not a huge phone, 6.1 inches.I was concerned as my old phone completely died so I wasn’t sure how to get Apple ID and all on the new phone as I don’t have a landline or other phone. I googled and learned to just select lost password at the Apple ID prompt, it allowed me to reset my Apple password by asking for my old phone’s passcode to open. The sim card transfer was a piece of cake too for this non techy. I love all the new things the iPhone 11 can do, easier deleting some things, the camera is better and wide lens, more emojis for texting, etc. I haven’t charged the phone at all since 6:00 AM this morning and have been playing with it, updating apps, installing, etc. and the battery is still going strong from this morning.When you get the phone it walks you through set up which just took a few minutes. Meaning it let me enter a new password, set up my language, time zone, etc. I believe it asked about font size, etc as well, it was all easy setup – nothing really stymied me which I was grateful for.To put it through its paces, I emailed, texted, called, received calls, took photos, surfed the net, downloaded form the App store, etc and thus far no issues and at this point I don’t anticipate any.Spending the additional $$ for the latest and supposedly greatest iPhone isn’t necessary for me – and I don’t have to deal with “new” issues the latest phones sometimes have. Like New – Exceptional Value!

Surprisingly a good purchase
I’ll be honest with you, at first I was a bit skeptical. I was told to avoid “Renewed” phones because unlike Apple-refurbished phones, different refurbishment factories are sourced online, and the fact there are only stock images rather than actual pictures of the phone someone took. My first concern was from the other reviews I’ve read that range from 70% battery capacity, to detecting random touch screen inputs, to speakers not working, to vibration modules not working at all, which seemed like buying refurb phones from the Internet is a pretty big gamble. Fortunately, and thankfully, I have found a diamond in the rough. This was a refurb I bought from Stone Digital. This 11 didn’t bug me about “non-genuine Apple parts” messages, didn’t have touch screen problems (at least I put the screen protector on before turning it on for the first time if that helps), Speakers (both external and head speaker) worked fine, SIM card reader worked fine, Battery Capacity was surprisingly at 100%, and Face ID and True Tone ACTUALLY worked! The one and ONLY problem I have, is that there is a small 3-in-a-row group of dead pixels near the bottom of the screen, but is just barely noticeable unless you’ve been looking at something with Dark Mode on for a while and look closely.Before this 11, I was just using a 6S Plus that I’ve kept for seven years, and it was long overdue to get at least a better phone. I know its not the latest and greatest iPhone model (given that the 11 is a 4 year-old phone), I was looking at cheap/affordable upgrade options that I would feel comfortable with. I think it was a decent purchase getting this.

Phone was as described but display screen is very sensitive.
I purchased this iPhone 11 and paid extra for “excellent” condition. It looks brand new with no scratches or any other surface imperfections. It came with 91% battery health. I gave it 4 stars because the display screen was replaced with a non-Apple part (the Apple alert is permanently showing in “Settings” due to the non-Apple replacement part.) The screen works well but it is VERY sensitive. It responds by just hovering my finger over the screen without touching it. The charging cord lay on top of the phone while I wasn’t using it and I noticed the screen was going crazy until I moved the cord of the screen. All in all, I think this is a great bargain. The phone works well. I understand that with refurbished electronics, there are no expectations of a brand new functioning item. With that in mind, I would recommend this phone.Update: Once I got the phone in a case and added a screen protector, the display acts normally and is no longer ultra-sensitive. The alert is still showing up and will probably be there permanently (showing up on Settings). Otherwise, everything is working great.

New iPhone user
As someone who has never had an iPhone before, I felt this was the perfect place to get something affordable yet still in good condition. And I was right! This phone so far is perfect, runs very smoothly and is much better than any phone I’ve ever owned in the past. I was a little skeptical of buying something like this on Amazon but I can say this is legit and very good. My only concern is that on the bottom of my screen there are a few visible scratch marks, but I figured there would be as this is a refurbished product. Overall very happy with this and I would recommend to anyone wanting one!!!

Really great phone !
Like new! Works everything just the only thing I got the good condition not the very great condition so mine did come with scratches but not really bad just minor scratches on the speaker and a little on the corners of the phone battery was at 88% but other than that phone works great ! Would recommend if your not trying to spend a lot of money on a iPhone this phone is overall the best and highly recommend

Great phone! Came with 100% battery capacity.
First impressions were good, ordered the excellent condition option and it met expectations. Not even a single scratch or anything on the phone whatsoever. Even came with a screen protector already applied. Set up was pleasantly easy, and came with 100% battery capacity. The phone is like-new and operates perfectly. No lag whatsoever. If your hesitant to buy this because of it not being directly from apple, I’m here to let you know these phones are 100% legit. (I do have a camera protector on though if you think the cameras look strange.)

Fully functional for now…
The I*Phone 11 I purchased is fully functioning with 256 GB of memory. I paid for the “Excellent” refurbished phone which was advertised not to have any scratches/ marks visible within 12″. The phone I recevied had a deep, easily visible 3/4″ scratch on the top of the case. A fingernail easily caught in the scratch. The remainder of the phone and especially the cameras and screen were perfect.The battery health was advertised as 80% or better so I was hoping for better. Unfortunately it arrived at 80% battery health and after the first day’s use and full charge, the battery health dropped to 79%.A phone case and glass screen protector were included with the phone which was a nice surprise. It is good for initial use but I already had a much better case to protect this investment.I paid up for an “Excellent” refurb phone and next time I would only pay for a “Good” quality. I hope the battery health holds up since I paid up for the 256 GB of internal memory and wanted to use this phone for a couple of years.

Excellent Replacement Phone!
My iPhone 12 Pro Max broke its back(lol!) and was still functioning until it started a cycle of constant reboots. Applecare was no longer an option and really didn’t want to spend extra money to upgrade at the moment. I was skeptical to purchase from a third-party but my Purple, 128GB IPhone 11 from OlympicWireless arrived in near perfect condition with 80% battery life, as promised. I transferred everything over from my other Iphone seamlessly—including my T-Mobile service. Making the switch from 512GB to 128GB, I was a little concerned but that’s what my ICloud storage is for! Sound quality is amazing and I actually like the smaller size. A nice change from having plus sized IPhones for years. Happy with this purchase and to have a working phone again!
