I was skeptical about this car, and at first I thought it was gonna be a lemon. It would not move at al but would transform. I had some batteries that were a little too old so I went and bought new ones. This car took off and is gonna be a hit with my grandkids!

Coolest Christmas Present Ever
This remote control car was a HUGE hit for Christmas! My five-year-old has played with it every day since and we haven’t run into any issues. It works perfectly and is extremely cool. I appreciated the instructions to take the batteries out when not in use. The car even comes with the cutest mini screwdriver that my construction-obsessed son loves using each and every time he wants to play with the car. It’s like a cherry on the top that he gets to use his builder skills to take it apart each time he wants to play with it and we don’t have to go through packages of batteries. Win win!

Very cool remote control car!
We got this for my 4 year old for Christmas. He loves it and the transforming action is pretty cool. I am surprised at the durability. While we were getting the batteries into it the my son knocked it off the table so it fell 3 feet. He also drove it under the refrigerator and tried transforming it which of course it did not have enough space to do. However both of these incidents did not affect it at all. Very cool toy and I am glad I got it.Requires 5 AA batteries that are not included but a small screwdriver is included.

Kids Love It
This is our third model since Christmas. To be fair, my child LOVES this toy. The first model broke because my child played too rough with it and stripped the gears in it so it wouldn’t go up and down. The knob on the remote control broke on the second one… and well, I’ll update this review as we break the third one in. Again, my child LOVES this toy!

Would recommend for young kids!
Cool toy, my boys (6 and 4 yrs), loved it. They took it outside and the older neighborhood kids wanted to play with it. Seems pretty durable as the parts are designed to move around easy so it can transform. I like that it’s got an extra cool aspect to it rather then bring a normal remote control car. Looks like Bumblebee!

A perfect gift idea
I ordered this little amazing machine for my 5 years old son from Amazon who has never been tired of watching and acting like transformer movies actors. When he opened the package, he was really surprised and pleased as if I this were the first gift ever in his life. Now, he almost stopped playing with his other toys and talking with it as he plays the car with remote which does amazing performances. The remote controller is user friendly, the car is sturdy and energy friendly. I highly recommend this product as a satisfied customer.

Best Gma present ever
I got this remote control car for my grandson’s 5th birthday. He absolutely loved it! Said it was the best gift he has ever gotten! The only issue I’m worried about is that when the car is picked up that it tries to come apart and transform into the robot. Worried about how long it will last him. Hours of fun
My 7-year-old grandson loved this car. He played with it all day. The on/off button is not easy to locate, so the first night I couldn’t turn it off. I thought it didn’t have a on/off switch, from earlier reviews, but it does, it’s in the back of the car. We set up obstacle courses with other toys, and he had a great time having the toy clear the obstacles, both as a car and as a robot. The remote control was easy to use, and he showed little sister how to make the car transform into the robot and control its movements. I bought the red and the blue cars for Christmas.

No obnoxious noises
My grandson loves it. It’s easy for him to use (4years old )and woks well. All movements are easy to do and have a little noise to excite the child, but nothing obnoxious that you want to throw it in the garbage.Awesome toy.

Missing on/off switch
I must have gotten a faulty toy. There is an area on the bottom of the car for an on/off switch but nothing is there. In order to turn off the toy we have to unscrew the battery compartment and remove it from the car. Otherwise, the lights on the bottom of the car remain on wearing out the battery. It would be a cute toy if not for the battery isssue.

RC transformer car
Remote control is super simple and responsive. We bought 2 and the remotes don’t seem to interfere with each other… To early to talk about battery life, but it takes 5 AA batteries (3 in the car and 2 in the remote). Coloured LEDs on the car indicating it’s on. The connection of the doors/arms seems a little flimsy, and it probably won’t survive a toddler high fall or at least not many of them.Overall, 3 and 5 yr old are over the moon! I would but it again.

A pleasant surprise, better than expected!
This happened to be a Black Friday/Lightning Deal, and I knew my son was starting to get interested in RC cars. Plus, he likes exotic sports cars, so the fact this resembles a Lamborghini Aventador was a double win (see photo of his request to Santa) This is far more versatile than the old RC cars of my youth, especially with the Transformer aspect :). Throw in lights, and it’s extra magic. My only slight concern would be durability of the articulating panels, since kids tend to step on their toys sometimes when running around. Also, with sports car low clearance, it will get more caught up on rugs/padded mats. The one button demo mode that uses all of the car features is nice!

Good car for a younger boy. I am happy for the price.
I purchased this remote control car for my 5 year old nephew. He loved it. I liked that the car and the remote are easy to use for a kid his age. The batteries seem to be doing well so far. I haven’t had to change them, but it’s only been a week of continual play. The thing I didn’t like is the quality of the actual car. It isn’t the sturdiest toy. It doesn’t fully close tightly when you form it in to a car.

Disappointed
I bought this for my son who is a car lover. At first it worked fine and when I say ‘at first’ we are talking about the first 30 min. As soon as he drove it into the wall (not hard and with the remote) a piece casually just fell off and now it’s no longer a transformer…it’s a regular old car. This one must have missed the tightening section of the assembly line. I wouldn’t buy again.

Good idea just broke easily
Gave it to my 4 year old for his birthday and he loved it, but it broke within the first 24 hours. It still drives as a car, but won’t transform anymore. I ordered it before his birthday, so I was out of the return window by the time I gifted it to him.

Cool transforming car. Could be better…..
This was a gift – Unfortunately received a yellow/black remote control when the car is red/black. Kind of weird but the remote works but has a very bright green led light on it. I had to put tape over it because it was simply way too bright and could possibly damage a child’s eye.The toy is very cool though and has some great features hence the 4/5 stars.It’d be better if the car would fully transform into a robot action figure type toy, however, it simply “half transforms” and you can drive it around in the half robot half car form.The directions are incorrect. The demo button is opposite side of what then manual says and frankly, the directions and manual are completely useless.The red off/on power button is on the rear of the vehicle and the remote only uses battery when in use..The vehicle needs 4 AA batteries and the remote needs 3 AA. Be prepared with bats because they aren’t included.

Our Grandson loves it!
We bought this for one of our Grandson’s 4th Birthday gifts. He specifically asked for a remote control Lamborghini and we thought this was even better! It looks so neat going from a car to a transformer and vice versa. He was very happy with it. Hopefully it lasts a little while. Broken within 10 minutes
This toy was so cool my son wouldn’t stop playing with it. Unfortunately, it quickly stopped being cool and wouldn’t transform properly. The doors wouldn’t close and it wouldn’t stay in robot form. The plastic is super thin. We wished it wasn’t so cheap and would have lasted longer.

Cheaply made
This is the second of three that we have purchased. It came quickly and was fun to play with. Took one minor spill and the plastic busted and it won’t work now. My little guy was quite upset with it. Only used it for 24 hrs.We bought two others for other children not sure how well they’ve held up.

Pensé que era más grande pero solo pagué 23 dólares así que pagas lo que recibes , ojalá le guste a mi sobrino de 6 años, así que no lo devolveré. No me gusta que cuando se transforma queda un poco encorvado, eso lo hace ver como si el robot o como sea que se llame pareciera que se quiere caer para el frente y además de eso se mira demasiado frágil. Fixed the transforming issue myself
As others have stated, wouldn’t transform after I took it out of the box. Starts to transform, but gets “stuck” as it’s lifting up. Motor makes a sound like it’s trying to move, but something is in the way. Opened it myself. There are some long wires inside and I figure one of them got snagged. Once I secured (taped) those down, put it back together, no problems. Works great. Has been running for a long time. My son loves it. Only gave it 3 stars because I had to fix the problem myself. I’m not sure about the “sturdy parts” claim. It will open up if you pick it up by the front. But my son has been running it into everything and it’s still going. The product info says it’s made in China, kind of stupid to complain about it after you bought it.

Works well and is fun. Only complaints is that it’s very “jumpy” when providing power, difficult to turn (really gotta get used to drifting), and the transformer part a a bit tricky to get to stay up.

This is fun little toy. I bought it for my daughter’s 6th birthday as she loves transformers and has been asking for more vehicles as gifts. I’ve played with it for a few minutes and it’s very fun and not that hard to control. I’m not sure how well it will handle banging into walls or my daughter is a bit on the rough side. I’m a bit hesitant to give it to her because the plastic feels very fragile. I feel like an arm especially is going to be broken off the first day. It was not very expensive so I’ll keep it and give it to her. I hope I’m wrong and I know she’ll love the idea of the transforming remote controlled car at least.

Great toy for all ages!
My son had money from the tooth fairy and did extra chores to save up to buy this car. I gave him several options – nerf gun, water fun or remote control car and he chose this one. It arrived quickly which was huge bc he was so excited to get it. Super easy to set up, he almost did it himself, just gotta add batteries and it comes with a tiny screw driver! It works well and keeps him entertained. He’s almost 6. I should mention this is our second purchase – he received this toy from grandma when he was 2. It was a win back then too. Great toy!

Buena opción para niños
La opción de que se transforme esta genial a mi hijo le encantó esta parte, le atrajo mucho para jugar con el, se mueve a buena velocidad, es fácil de utilizar. Fragile construction
Product very flimsy, fragile to the touch makes me wonder how long it will last in the hands of a 5 year old. On the other hand, it operates as advertised, remote control easy to handle, simple design. It does not talk or emits any sounds which leaves a little wish for however runs, gyrates, converts to and from car-robot flawlessly. Good buy after all for the price. BTW, it came fast and in good condition.

Kinda flimsy but drives fast and is neat looking.
Cute toy! Drives fast for basic remote and two batteries. The showoff button on the remote that allows the car go run by itself and make turns and transform kept confusing my son. He kept thinking the remote is broken. Id have put that as a button on the car because he keeps accidentally pressing it and then panics when its crashing into stuff in its automatic mode. He will figure it out. Hopefully it holds up as the pop up pieces are flimsy. Perhaps not best buy for my 4 year old lol. Freaks the cat out which is funny. Looks cool when transforming and drives when fully in upright transformer mode. Easy to use remote except buttons dont have labels and the one automatic mode button lol. Id say it was priced right. Nice job adding the tiny mini flathead screw driver to remove battery cover. That was helpful. Ill add pics when I get a chance.

Works well
Grandson likes it. No issues with the mechanisms.Just thought it could’ve been made a bit stronger. I think if it were to drop and hit a hard floor the car would break. Batteries seem to last a good about of time.
